Then
AMRAP 7 minutes
3 Box jumps, 3 Kettlebell swings
6 Box jumps,  6 Kettlebell swings
9 Box jumps, 9 Kettlebell swings
Continue with this pattern until your 7 minutes are up.
Score is total number of reps completed.

    HUGE congrats to Beckie for PR’ing on her power clean today. Welcome to the triple digit club, Beckie! That’s right, 100#’s cleaned.

    Brandon also hit a huge PR on split jerk. 300#’s! WOW!!

    that “ladder” does not make me excited about the Games WOD this week. I am not gonna lie; I will be happy when this Games stuff is over.

    Thanks Tim. I’m in agreement with Rick on the Games WOD this week. Box jumps and KBS are easy compared to the thrusters and C2B pull-ups we have to do. This will not be pleasant.
