I was first introduced to Crossfit by Jen about three and a half years ago. Honestly, at first I thought the things she was wanting me to do were crazy! NEVER in a million years would I have even thought to lift any kind of heavy weights. I was a cardio girl who would go to the gym five days a week for over an hour each day! I didn’t see any progress until starting Crossfit. I am now in the best shape I’ve ever been in, feel great about myself and am showing my two girls that being strong and healthy is a good thing!
