    Really enjoyed this workout. Did 75# and worked on chest-to-floor pushups. Could probably go heavier next time. It’s funny how you completely recover during that 3 min rest!

    Figured we’d switch it up and offer recovery that was equal to the amount of work you put in. Definitely shakes things up a bit. Great work by all today!

    That was fun. I love heavier met-cons and LOVE the sprint recovery. I did not RX this and only went 135lb on the cleans.

    I did a few reps at 155 and quickly scaled down as my grip was not as solid as I wanted.

    I completed 7 full rounds + cleans and HSPUs. When I picked up the rope to finish, time ran out.

    I had 2 unbroken sets of HSPUs and all but one of my DUs were unbroken.

    Not a great day but I’ll take it.
