Thursday 12-1-11

It’s December 1 and that can only mean one thing!  No kipping November has come to a close.
Be sure to re-test your pull up max today!  Remember:  If you don’t have at least 3-5 dead hang pull ups there will be no kipping for you just yet.  Your shoulders will thank us.  Throughout the month of December we will work on kipping progressions in addition to helping you all get those dead hang pull ups. 

Back squats
3 x 3 @ ~  85% of 1 rep max
THEN
AMRAP 15 min
15 Wall ball
15 Pull ups

    it wasnt the lungs today….it was the muscle fatigue caused by those pullups. 8 rounds plus 5 pullups.
