Be sure to re-test your pull up max today! Remember: If you don’t have at least 3-5 dead hang pull ups there will be no kipping for you just yet. Your shoulders will thank us. Throughout the month of December we will work on kipping progressions in addition to helping you all get those dead hang pull ups.
