Power Snatch
10 x 1
Warm up with an empty barbell.  Start your first work set conservatively and try to add 5 pounds each round.  Limit amount of rest between sets to no more than 45 seconds.

THEN
AMRAP 6 minutes
5 Power snatch @ 65% of heaviest successful 1 rep
10 Hand release push ups

    Had fun today. Worked up to 75# (PR!) but went back down to 65# for last 2 to work on form. Managed 5 rds + 2 snatches for AMRAP. So frustrating to have to do pushups on my knees for hand release due to unbendable wrist but still had to concentrate on keeping core nice & tight. Great job by Regina & Gary – noon class rocked today!
