*If you are still doing modified push ups there is no need to work up to the HSPU progression for this WOD.  Get into the plank position chest to deck push up for at least 10-15 consecutive reps before moving onto HSPU progressions.
*Deadlift weight – The weight should be challenging with GOOD FORM.

    I loved this WOD. Really glad I did it. Did 185# on the DLs, and modified push ups. My final time was 9 mins. I love me some deadlifts. Great WOD. It wore me out much more than I expected it to. Anyone who doesn’t think that lifting heavy is cardio, needs to come do this WOD. Great energy in the 5:30 class. Thanks to all for cheering me on and special thanks to the WOD Whisperer (Tim) for keeping me going!
