    245lbs for my final set of 3 on the jerks. 125 used for the WOD and finished in 4:19. The heavy jerks felt REALLY heavy today.

    85# for final set of 3. Used 45# for WOD, finished in 9:03. Missed 3×3 in November so went off my 1rm (100#) for final set. Fun WOD, my grip on knees to elbows kept giving out, which slowed me down considerably. Otherwise, Brandon….. 🙂
