Half the class will row while the other half works snatches for skill work.  At the completion of the rowing WOD, groups will switch.

    this is one of those wods that looks like no big deal at a glance but i’ll end up dry heaving before it’ over

    Made it 2300m. Pretty happy with that. Great job Candace & Jennifer! For those going later tonight, tip would be to make sure you have a higher turnover during last two sets (to keep strokes per minute? number under 28.) I kept up the longer turnover like I would if I was rowing a straight 2000m. Good luck! Almost blew this one off but had to go to face the exercise I like the least!
