Tuesday 3-27-12

Attention all members – Late arrivals to class are becoming a BIG problem.  PLEASE be respectful of your trainer’s time and that of your fellow members.  BE ON TIME FOR CLASS.  We must adhere to a strict schedule.  Classes must BEGIN and END on time.  

3 Cycles
AMRAP 4 min
3 Front Squats  135/95
6 Burpees
20 Double unders
REST 1 min between rounds

    You gotta love a man who isn’t afraid to show his pink, painted toenails (compliments of his 3 year old daughter) in a video thousands and thousands of people will see, most of whom are hard-core Crossfitters!

    Looks like I need to spend some quality time with a thera-band! My ankles & achilles have always been tight (and my squats have suffered for them). Thanks for posting the video!
