Warm up and mobilize
Find a 1 rep max on the press.
This value will be used for the Wendler Cycle beginning next week.

*Those who are new to the press will not find a 1 rep max.  Your focus will be on repetition of proper mechanics on the movement.  Your barbell will be loaded according to how well you are able to maintain strict form.  You will perform 3×5 strict press.
