Conditioning WOD
3 Rounds
Max Rep STRICT pull ups
Weighted Push ups x 10
*Rest 1 minute in between rounds
Push ups should be unbroken.  If you are able to perform weighted push ups, choose a weight that allows you to go unbroken.

Cash out
Row 500m x 3
Rest 45 sec in between efforts

    That was sneaky. I can’t believe how wasted I felt after this one. It took a long time to recover and feel somewhat normal again. Whoever did this one – nice job. It was not easy.

    I had not done strict press in well over a year so I worked up to a new PR of 160lbs.

    On the pullups, round 1, I did 10 pullups, 6 were CTB. Round 2 I was only able to get 6. Round 3, only 5. I used a 25lb plate for the pushups and on the last round only made it to 8.

    Rowing round 1 time was 2.00, round 2 was 2.05 and I stopped on round 3 because something was wrong with the seat on my rower. It was making noises and shaking like it was going to come off.
