Please take the time to read Sage and Casey Burgener’s thoughts on Mental Toughness.  I’ve posted it before but it’s such a great read I felt it necessary to post again.  This article/letter speaks to me on so many levels and I think we can all relate in some way, whether it be through CrossFit, personal or professional life.  Please post your thoughts to comments.  How do you identify with Casey’s letter to his sister Sage?
