It’s obvious by now that we do double unders and we do them A LOT. At least once a week. Quite honestly, it’s the only way to get better at such a coordinated movement. Many of you are close to being able to do double unders in your WOD’s. Others have just started to incorporate them and are diligently working on stringing more and more together. Keep working them guys along with all those other “goats.”
Lindsay in our teens class successfully snatched 90 pounds today!










That was fun. I went a little heavier than RX on the deadlifts since they help with my jumping.
I was able to get 3 rounds + 6 deadlifts and then 3 rounds + 8 KBs and 7 DUs.
1.5 pood on the KB and 225# on the deadlift.
