Alternating OTM x 10 (5 Rounds)

Even minutes – 3 Position Squat clean

Odd minutes – 2 Push jerks + 1 Split jerk

Round 1 (Mins 1+2) – 60% of 1RM

Round 2 (Mins 3+ 4) – 63% of 1 RM

Round 3 (Mins 5+ 6) – 66% of 1 RM

Round 4 (Mins 7 + 8) 70% of 1 RM

Round 5 (Mins 9 + 10) – 70% of 1 RM
