16 Deadlifts (135/95#)

32 Double Unders

Open Athletes

Strict Handstand Push Ups

Using last week’s measure on current max set, complete:

10 sets

30% of Max strict hspu

Each set must be unbroken and athletes are to rest as needed between.

*For those who don’t yet have 3 unbroken strict HSPU

10 sets

30% of DB strict presses OR Barbell half presses (Whichever was tested last week)

Meters 0-200 – 2k Pace + 15 seconds

Meters 201-400 – 2k Pace + 10 seconds

Meters 401-600 – 2k Pace + 5 seconds
