*If unable to complete 3 strict HSPU, there are 2 options:

Dumbbell strict presses – Choose a loading that allows for at least 8-10 reps and go as far as you can from there. Airming for 8-15 reps.

BARBELL HALF PRESSES – Using a barbell, the ROM is from forehead level to lockout overhead. Same aim as the db strict presses. Choose a weight that allows for at least 8-10 reps, with the aim being that we want to be in the 8-15 rep range.
