*Fitness – 120 single unders

DB snatches 35/25

Open Athletes

Alternating for 15 minutes

Station A: Handstand walk practice

Station B: 50′ single arm dumbbell OH walking lunge

*Looking to spend approx. 1:30 on each movement.

OH walking lunge – Choose a weight you can complete 25′ lengths unbroken. Turn around at 25′ and come back with other arm.
