2: on a 12 minute running clock (5×5)

5 sets of 5 Deadlifts

moderate to heavy

slightly increase from last week

Workout

3: Metcon (3 Rounds for time)

3 Rounds

21 wall balls

15 over the bar burpees

9 “deadstop” Deadlifts

Rest 2 min. between sets

score time each round
