8 SA ring rows

then…

5 burpees

6 jumping squats

7 KB swings

Strength

2: Back Squats (5×5)

5×5 controlled back squats

heavier than last week, if you can maintain form

3: Metcon (4 Rounds for time)

Every 3 minutes x 4 rounds

12 front Squats

12 Burpees Ring Rows/ Pull ups
