Taylor got his Level 1 CrossFit certification in 2013 and has coached adults, kids, college volleyball and track athletes. In the last 2 years, he has added hand balancing and gymnastic strength training to his repertoire. If you come to evening classes or attended his handstand workshops, you have probably already experienced his infectious enthusiasm and unique coaching style. You will find him primarily coaching classes in the evenings and weekends, working with our teens, and providing individualized coaching during classes.
