This number will be used in our next Wendler cycle starting next week!

Max reps STRICT pull ups.  This value will be used for pull up progressions during the month of November which will be known as “No Kipping November.”  I know, I know.  We’ve already heard the groans.  Nobody wants to eliminate those kipping pull ups but I encourage you ALL to read this blog about the MANY reasons why the dead hang is a necessity for all of us!  Included in the blog are links to several articles further stressing the importance of working the dead hang pull up in order to avoid potential shoulder issues that can come with kipping before you are ready.

100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run
For time: Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.
