STEP ONE – Introductory Session
Schedule a FREE one on one introductory session. This one hour consultation is designed to help us assess your current fitness level and to introduce you to the CrossFit methodology. At the end of your introductory session we will run you through a CrossFit workout.
STEP TWO – On Ramp (Required for new members*)
Option 1 ~ (postponed until further notice. See Option 2) On Ramp Group Class (3 month contract required upon sign-up)
This three week program includes three classes a week(Monday and Wednesday at 7:30 pm,and Friday at 6:30 pm) begins the second Monday of every month and is designed to safely introduce newcomers to the most frequently used movements in a CrossFit workout. Form is strongly reinforced during the On Ramp sessions. Without proper form and technique, not only is safety compromised but individuals will not enjoy the full benefits CrossFit programming has to offer.
Option 2 ~ One-on-One Coaching
One-on-one coaching is highly recommended if you have been sedentary for an extended period of time, have significant health limitations or simply prefer the individual attention provided in this type of setting.

Option Three ~ *Test Out Option
If you have been doing CrossFit for an extended period of time and feel comfortable performing simple gymnastics movements, power lifts and Olympic lifts, you can request to test out of the On Ramp classes. Contact us to schedule a day and time to come in and demonstrate your capabilities if you feel you qualify for this option.
STEP THREE – Group Classes
After successful completion of the On-Ramp classes or the test out option, members are free to join our daily group classes or continue with personal training.
